Support Before Requesting a Refund
If you experience any issues with your subscription, please contact our support team via Telegram or Discord DM. We are available 24/7 and will make every effort to resolve any problems before considering a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
If the service is not functioning as promised and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours).
If the service is not as described on our pricing page or in the video.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be adjusted based on the duration the subscription was used. The remaining balance will be refunded via cryptocurrency, which can be sent to your Binance account or any other cryptocurrency wallet you prefer.
Important Notes
Refunds are not applicable if the customer has used the account beyond the intended use (e.g., modifying account settings, unauthorized sharing, etc.).
